Well first of all, the idea is not to publish every post. It will be scrutinized, and checked by a team as to if the conversation adds value to the book. On the forwards, yeah I know sometimes it becomes a little embarrassing -- but at the end of the day the company revenue numbers and all the accolades tell the real story. While there is entertainment value to the bulletin board, i am not sure if Infy would want to make a laughing stock of itself by allowing the stories to be published authentically in public .... Already some of the chains from the BB have been doing rounds in mail forwards and I have been asked by people if infy employees don't have work...:D :D I went through the presentation.
